Electricity and Energy

I am interested in designing and studying policy instruments that help manage the quality of our air and water. I have worked for several years in India on the use of market-based instruments to control air pollution. I am also interested in ground-water, in particular the so-called “food-energy-water” nexus, linking agriculture, groundwater exploitation, and electricity supply to farmers.​
